Performance characteristics of polyurethane synchronous belt

Polyurethane synchronous belt is made of imported thermoplastic polyurethane material, which has high wear resistance. Various types of steel wire core ensure that it still keeps good sport ability in transmission and has small production tolerance. A layer of nylon is added to the tooth surface and/or back during the production process to ensure the operation specificity of the special application remains unchanged, and a layer of polyurethane is thickened on the back of the belt to prevent corrosion or high load. The synchronous belt has the following characteristics when driving:



1. Synchronized belt drive has accurate transmission ratio. The transmission speed ratio range is large, generally up to 1:10, and the allowable linear speed can reach 50m/s. The transmission efficiency is high, generally up to 98-99%.


2. The compact structure is also suitable for multi-axle transmission, with small tension force, no lubrication and no pollution. Therefore, it can work normally without pollution and worse working environment.


3. Smooth transmission, shock absorption and low noise.


4. It has excellent flexibility resistance, small elongation and high strength.
